Rod Bugg

We were delighted to put on an exhibition at One Church Street of Rod Bugg's ceramic works and his drawings.
Rod Bugg studied sculpture and ceramics in London and South Wales before completing his masters in Birmingham in the Late 60's. He has been making and exhibiting sculpture continuously since that time and has showed extensively in galleries and museums primarily in Europe but also in North America.
He has exhibited drawings and work in clay for over twenty years in solo exhibitions at the Galerie de Witte Voet, Amsterdam.
He was principal of Wimbledon College of Art in London from 1997-2007 and previously Dean of Art at London's Central St. Martins College of Art. He is now Emeritus Professor of the University of the Arts London and lead artist on the sculpture programme at the Sidney Nolan Trust on the Welsh Borders.
